Second-hand goods — no originality guarantee

Everything we sell is second-hand. Our slides come from collections acquired over the years, and their full provenance is unknown to us. We do not guarantee that any slide is an original — some may be duplicates or reproductions made by others. We describe each slide honestly based on what we see, and the listing photos show the actual item you will receive, but condition, markings, and origin are sold as-is.

One-of-a-kind items

Each listing is a single physical item, sold once. If a listing is visible in the shop, the item is available; once purchased, it is removed and cannot be ordered again. Two customers cannot buy the same slide — the first completed checkout wins.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is due at checkout via PayPal or card through our secure checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order with a full refund if an error occurred.

Shipping and taxes

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders shipping to Wisconsin addresses are charged Wisconsin sales tax at checkout; no sales tax is charged for other U.S. destinations. International orders do not include duties or taxes — those are the buyer's responsibility on delivery. See our shipping policy for details.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, and return shipping is on us. Refunds go to your original payment method within about 5 business days of us receiving the return. See our returns policy for the full details.

Accounts

You may create an account to track orders. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — no scraping the catalog in bulk, no attempts to disrupt checkout or other customers' orders, and no fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you can't waive under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
