Changed your mind? No hard feelings — here's how returns work.

14 days, return shipping on us

You have 14 days from delivery to return a slide for any reason. We'll cover the return shipping — just contact us to start a return and we'll send you a prepaid label or instructions.

Condition

The slide needs to come back to us in the condition it arrived in. Since every item is one-of-a-kind, a return puts the slide back in the shop for another collector — so please pack it carefully.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll refund the full item price (plus the original shipping, if you were charged any) to your original payment method within about 5 business days. You'll get an email when the refund is issued.

How to start

  1. Contact us with your order number and which slide you're returning.
  2. We'll reply with a return shipping label (on us) within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the slide, attach the label, and drop it off.
  4. We refund you within about 5 business days of receiving it.
