Who we are

Bay Shore Relics LLC, Green Bay, Wisconsin. We sell vintage 35mm railroad slides online. You can reach us about privacy at our contact page.

What we collect

Contact and shipping information at checkout: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details — we need these to take payment, ship your slides, and contact you about your order.
Account information: if you create an account, we store your name, email, and password (stored securely, never shared), plus your order history so you can track orders.
Consent-gated analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you tap "Accept" on our consent banner. If you reject, we set nothing and collect no analytics data. See our cookie policy to change your choice at any time.

We do not collect payment card details ourselves — payments are processed by PayPal and Stripe on their own secure pages.

How we use it

To process and ship your orders, and to handle returns and refunds.
To reply to your messages and provide customer support.
To operate and secure the website (fraud prevention, technical troubleshooting).
To send launch-list emails only if you asked for them — every email has an unsubscribe path.

Processors we share data with

Cloudflare — hosts and secures this website.
PayPal and Stripe — process your payments; they receive your name, email, billing address, and payment details under their own privacy policies.
FormSubmit — delivers contact-form and mailing-list messages to our inbox.
USPS and other shipping carriers — receive your shipping address so your slides can be delivered.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we never share it with advertisers.

Your rights

To access, correct, or delete your personal information — or to ask us what we hold about you — email us through the contact page. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If you have an account, you can also update your details by signing in.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (typically several years), and contact messages as long as needed to resolve your inquiry. Analytics data, if you consented to it, is kept by Google and Microsoft under their retention settings.

Children's privacy

This shop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
